Returns

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all accessories.

Returns will not be accepted for products that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after the required details are shared.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video. We'll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Non-Returnable Items

Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
